Join us at Station Road for a once-off seven-course collaboration dinner with The Afishonado, Australia’s industry-leading seafood and quality advocate. With decades of experience in the industry and solid relationships with fishermen at sea, Andrew Joseph has a reputation for sourcing Australia’s best seafood.
During this dinner you will indulge in a gastronomic seven-course seafood menu from the hands of our own Head Chef Baine Stubbs. His ongoing passion for working with seafood and his many years as the Head Chef at Parisian seafood spot, Clamato, contribute to making this dinner an event you don’t want to miss!
The final menu will be announced in the days leading up to the event, but expect pristine seafood prepared in the most delectable fashion.
